Registered for the care of 34 elderly residents, allows us to tailor the care provided to clients individual needs and personal choices. Situated in three acres of lovely grounds, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, offering privacy, independence and peace and quiet.
Martham Lodge Residential Care Home is an old Victorian country house, overlooking the village green in Martham. A modern, purpose-built extension provides a home for 20 residents set in the picturesque Norfolk Broads. A beautiful south facing enclosed garden is well maintained with lawns, raised flowerbeds with a variety of flowers, shrubs and trees used for their colours, fragrance & textures.
Broadland House is a residential care home for the elderly, located in Potter Heigham in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Broadland House provides a home for 20 older people who may be living with a form of Dementia. We offer a caring & relaxed environment for our residents so that they may live with dignity & maintain a lifestyle which would be enjoyed in their own home.
We provide a high level of support that is inclusive of the individual, their family and friends and the community in order to actively support the person to live well. Each resident is encouraged to achieve their potential capacity physically, emotionally and socially. Ongoing assessments are carried out to recognise the changing needs of individuals.

I live near this place and went in unannounced on Christmas Day to give some chocolates. Everyone seemed like they were having the times of their lives, I have no concerns over the welfare
