Broadacres is a family-owned Home established for 34 years, during which it has earned an unrivalled reputation for comfort and excellence, providing a way of life which is rarely found elsewhere. Residents become part of an extended family which makes the later years of life so much more comforting and meaningful.
We are fully integrated into Barton Turf village life and actively engage in local institutions such as WI, St Michael and All Angels Church visible across the field, the Wanderers Cricket Club, the Norfolk Punt Club on Barton Broad, and the Nancy Oldfield Trust in Neatishead, to name just a few.

Services
A varied, tasty and nutritious menu is prepared daily by our own chef using fresh local produce whenever possible. Meals can be served in the Resident's own room at a time of their choice or served in the spacious dining room overlooking the garden and lake. Special dietary requirements are catered for as required, including diabetic, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian diets.
The Care Manager will consult with the Resident, their family and carer to prepare a written plan of how the Resident's needs in respect of their health and welfare are to be met. The plan will be reviewed and revised according to the changing needs of the Resident. The plan will be available to the Resident and any changes made will be discussed with them and their representatives.
Prior to admission to Broadacres, we will meet with the Resident and their family where reasonably practicable and complete an assessment to ensure that Broadacres meets the needs of both the prospective Resident and the family or advocate. Residents and their representatives will be encouraged to visit the Home prior to their admission and will be given a choice of accommodation to meet their needs wherever possible.
