The Avenue Veterinary Clinic is the local vet in the heart of Ealing offering friendly and caring high-quality healthcare, medicine and surgery. Our experienced and professional staff treat your pets as their own. We have separate cat and dog waiting areas to ensure that your pet and you are as relaxed as possible.
Pets staying in also have separate accommodation. Our pet shop has an extensive range of veterinary selected foods, bedding, accessories, toys and training aids on which we will be happy to advise you. X-ray and ultrasound imaging is a special interest for Roland and so we have an ultrasound machine with which we can perform heart scans.

Services
It is also very rewarding to be able to keep cats and dogs happier for longer. The foundation for this is good preventative health. Our experience with older pets and current diagnostic techniques enable us to find out the detail of what is affecting the older patient. All this with a minimum stress approach.
We vaccinate kittens and cats to protect them against serious and potentially fatal diseases. Any vaccination we advise is based on careful assessment of your cat's specific needs and after discussing these with you. We review this annually because we only want to give what is necessary during your cat's lifetime.
We vaccinate puppies and dogs to protect them against serious and potentially fatal infections: distemper, infectious hepatitis, parvovirus and leptospirosis (see below). Most dogs also have some risk of "Kennel Cough", which is contagious from other dogs anywhere they meet, very common and quite distressing as it often causes a prolonged cough.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.

I took my dog for an eye infection to the vet, Bryony, she was fantastic and spent a long time with my dog, very pleasant, 5 star to her and many thanks.
The consultation is almost 50 pounds which is quite expensive but she was great.
The one star is given to the dog toy I bought from their shop called STICKS for Toss and Fetch games which I bought while I was waiting to see the vet. The moment I gave the toy to my dog he held it in his teeth and the stuffing came apart.
I mentioned this to receptionist he just said there is a warning on the tag which was small print!!! by the way.

Started taking my two cats here when it opened. Nice to have a neighbourhood vet who grew up locally. Interior is modern and clean, staff are great. The vet is happy to let the cats explore first and not rush them which makes it less stressful. Would like them to stock Hills Science Plan cat food but that's a minor thing. Definitely recommend.

I called the clinic a few days prior to booking my appointment and spoke to Roland the owner/vet who told me that as my cat was a new patient the first 30 minutes would be free.
I booked an appointment and was then charged the full consultation fee of £42 along with the other charges.
The male receptionist was very patronising and told me no one would have told me this as there is no such thing.
Received a call from Roland the following day who also stated that there must have been a misunderstanding as he would not say that and did not remember speaking to me over the phone. He did offer me the

Decided upon this vet having just moved to the area. There were two local choices and after having done a bit of research I felt that this one suited my needs more; and it wasn't a chain.
We had our first appointment four weeks ago when my dog needed her boosters. Roland, who's surgery it is, had booked extra time for our appointment so he could get to know Ponyo and me, which I thought was a fabulous idea. It made me feel very welcomed. We went through all the options regarding Ponyo's booster shots, what's was available and necessary.
