Ordered a mattress...suffered a bad back ever since.
After 24 months of trying this £500 mattress approached the company and explained.
Was told as it was it would be a simple replacement as it was within the 2 years guarantee and was covered by 5 year warranty.
After 3 months of attempting to get a replacement we got nowhere and was sent a used ex display mattress.
That is the mattress is the photo is the never version replacement mattress they sent us just over 6 weeks ago.
Our backs are worse so in the bin in goes alongside the other one.

Ordered a cot mattress over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for it! Have tried sending emails and phoning the company but no one has got back to me to explain where my mattress is. Terrible service and would not recommend. I will be looking to get a refund for the mattress I paid for but never received!

Went in and was greeted by a very nice member of staff. She helped me with single beds and allowed me to look at beds in the catalog that I would have liked, she suggested different types of mattresses to me and suggested I try them to see what I wanted. Had no luck at bed or mattress searching anywhere else and popped into her, came out with a very comfy and affordable mattress, very good quality. Have to wait two weeks for the frame for the bed, still worth it. Very good and friendly staff, know exactly how to help. Very small but amazing place for good quality bed frames and mattresses. Have
