Services
Malcolm began his career in financial services in the late 1980s, arranging second charge mortgages for clients. He joined Prosperity Financial Services in 1990, later went to Allied Dunbar, before establishing The Orchard Practice in 1997. His expertise has been rewarded both in 1992 and 2009 with industry awards.
As well as helping our clients reach their goals, The Orchard Practice also likes to help the press meet their deadlines and is regularly featured in the UK financial pages. Josh and Andy at The Orchard Practice have been helping us with our house move and mortgage application. They’ve both been incredibly helpful and very responsive, giving us peace of mind about our mortgage application. Andy has kept estate agents and solicitors up to date without our asking which has helped things move along on the purchase really quickly. They’re also on top of mortgage protection matters and have scheduled a call to review these. This is our third purchase with Josh and each time has been seamless.
