Oak Tree Day Nursery is a ground level, purpose built nursery, which has been providing wrap around care for returning parents since its opening in 2003. It's ideal location within the Total Fitness Complex in the Willerby Buisness Park ensures we are able to support families from Cottingham, Beverley, Willerby, Hessle and Anlaby and wider areas due to the quick access to road links.
Our staff are experienced in Childcare and have alot of knowledge of children's development. Our management team along with the room leaders have a firm commitment to offer a safe, stimulating and relaxing environment in which your child can develop at their own pace and parents and carers can build trusting relationships with their child's keyperson during the nursery journey.

Services
OakTree Day Nursery is a homely purpose built nursery situated within the Total Fitness leisure complex. We are situated in an ideal environment close to the local hospital and shopping complex but also surrounded by countryside and woodland which can be accessed for walks and activities with parents permission.
Gemma has been a member of the Oaktree team for over ten years in positions of increasing seniority. She has been a full time member of staff at Oaktree since 2010. In the position of Nursery Supervisor she takes charge of daily running in the absense of the manager or deputy manager. Tracey is a highly experienced member of our team.
Babies and families are welcomed into our light, spacious and modern room where we provide the perfect introduction to nursery life. Babies can join us from 6 weeks old where we have a comfortable staff ratio of 1 adult to 3 babies. Oak Tree aim to continue your child's own home routine as much as possible and adhere to all their individual needs.
This room caters for ten 1-2 year olds with a maximum of four staff. Children at this age respond to plenty of one to one interaction, but are encouraged to make as many chocies for themselves as possible. All children love to explore, and it is exploratory instinct in babies and pre-toodlers that is nutured at Oaktree Day Nursery.
When your toddler joins us at a Oaktree Day nursery they will have the opportunity to thrive in an environment which encourages their creativity, independence, confidence, determination and joy of exploring! Left my little boy here for literally 1hr 30min whilst I used the gym at total fitness. He managed to catch a bad dose of gastroenteritis in that short time.
He was crying his eyes out when I went in to collect him, all his stuff still in his bag. He has sensory issues and hadn't been offered his juice or blanket as comfort. Never again. I'm not even sure they knew he was there.
Overall a really bad first experience, I never took him back for a second experience dispite paying for a block of 10 hours up front.
