Area Motorsport is now in its 7th year, we've strived to not only offer a great service, but also to innovate and bring new products to market which we do on a regular basis.
Our workshop is equipped for everything from simple maintenance on your vehicle to vehicle specific Geometry setups and ground up race car builds. We've built 24 + Race Cars to date achieving multiple race wins and Championships in Civic Cup and Endurance Racing.

Services
Our Workshop is fully equipped for general Maintenance, Race Car preparation, Alignments, Gearbox work, Engine work, basically anything your road, track or race car requires. We have a mountain of knowledge and as can be seen from our Facebook reviews our services are the best available. All our parts in our shop can be fitted by us in house and when doing so come with a standard 12 Month warranty in most areas.
Our Services are well known throughout motorsport. We offer hire cars for a variety of championships in both sprint and Endurance Format. We also support many drivers with their own Race Cars, ensuring they remain reliable, quick and competitive.
Our staff have a variety of skills meaning we can do in depth Analysis into your driving using Data Acquisition, Setup Changes performed at the circuit and we're extremely quick at resolving problems with a huge amount of spares taken by us to the circuit in the event of any situation.Area Motorsport have been helping customers win championships and races since 2011.

Area Motorsport have been involved in Club Enduro and Endurance Racing for a Number of years. The Club Enduro Championship was launched in 2016 by the 750 Motor Club. Targeting close racing The championship is split into 3 classes on power to weight. 300hp per tonne, 240bhp per tonne and 180 Bhp per tonne are the 3 power limits.
Civic Cup has been at the forefront of Area Motorsport for the past 4 years. The Civic Cup championship its self has moved in those last four years from a relatively new Championship to one of the most highly regarded single make series in the UK. The competition has become closer and closer year on year with fantastic close racing every year with 25+ Cars on the Grid at every round.
Area Motorsport have been involved in Endurance Racing for a Number of years. 10 years ago we supported other teams for 3 seasons in the Blancpain Endurance Series Running a SLS GT3 and a MCLAREN MP4 GT3. In 2016 we entered our first 24HR Race with a Honda Civic Built from the ground up. This would be our first 24HR as a Team and with a car built by us.

After picking up my EP3 from Area today I can say they have completely transformed the car. Had a few bits done like fixing 3rd gear crunch, put a MFactory diff and lightened flywheel and clutch. Baffled Sump,… removed a/c, new pulleys, lower control arm bushes, engine mount Inserts, Alignment done and a few other bits and I'm impressed how it handles. Best car I have driven and thats thanks to the boys at Area Motorsport. Would defiantly recommend getting your work done from them👍🏼

I had my Honda Civic Type r ep3 in for gearbox upgrades ( LSD,Final drive new clutch ect) and my front wishbones had new bushes installed and ball joints. Area Motorsport installed all these parts and set up my cars geometry. This is the place to go, the car feels amazing and totally transformed. The handling is spot on and the clutch feels so smooth. The gearbox feels like new now. Whilst the gearbox was open they inspected everything and as I thought I needed a new Honda 3/4 hub and slider kit. This solved my occasional crunch from third to forth gear. In six years of ownership my ep3 has never

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
After spending almost a year restoring my Dc5, I was unsure on were to take it for a suspension set up, Happy I chose Area motorsport. Jonny that did the work on my car was very professional. Front & rear camber , front and rear toe & ride heights. All done on a “flat floor” using strings & a rule 👍 well recommended

Had a lot of work done on my DC5 today the two lads working on it Johnny and Chris (im pretty sure) are second to none. Absolutely first class they are a credit to the company, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, good customer service, everything that’s needed, Johnny finished up doing my GEO set up and his attention to detail is exactly what is wanted with your vehicle and the correct set up. Area motorsport wouldn’t be the same without him! Will be back for more, cheers.

Area motorsport have transformed my ep3 into the ultimate track car, the guys really know what they are doing.
The list of jobs was large to get the car to where I wanted it, however it was even larger when Rob and his team looked over it.
They called me up to discuss the recommendations they had found and still managed to keep within my budget.
They even went the extra mile to ensure that the seat harness mounts I had fitted were taken out and repositioned as they didn’t use proper brackets when I had them fitted, that’s when I knew I was in good hands.

Area Motorsport are absolutely legit!
Firstly their customer service was excellent. They were soo chilled out and welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, the whole time my car was being worked on sharing knowledge and explaining as he was going along.
They are very honest and genuine people and they gave great advice, I honestly came back educated, learnt so much and had a huge smile on my face.
My Civic FD1 turbo had new BC coilover installed but the car never felt right after that, always felt so nervous and twitchy and felt like it pushed into corners (understeer even tho I got

Not many Garages are this high quality and this is one of a very few I would take my car too. Not just a good service but parts used are top quality and also the diagnosis is superb and you really get to know you're way around you're cars. Would recommend anyone try them out. Honda, Japanese performance and Race and a whole lot more. Looking forward to treating my car with some more Area motorsport tlc.
