There furniture is simply excellent. The most comfortable sofas you will ever find. The overal customer service is excellent and I can’t fault them in any way. I bought my first sofa from them in 2005 and can’t imagine buying a sofa from any other company. I would like to thank you guys for the Charles Corner Sofa which was delivered on Monday (16.11.2020)- It’s so so comfortable and the quality, as usual, is excellent!

We bought a ceramic topped dining table from Cadira. It looks fantastic and we are really pleased with the quality. It was delivered on time, and the delivery team assembled it and showed us how to extend the table and look after it. From the people in the shop to the delivery team, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and we would happily use them again.

Fantastic shop. We bought a dining table from them and were amazed at the quality. It's amazing. It's a high quality product all around. Not the cheapest collection, but worth the money. Also, the team is very helpful and nice. The delivery guys were on time, called before they arrived, assembled the table, took all the rubbish with them and most importantly were very polite. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The furniture looks nice but doesn't last and the customer service is atrocious. We bought a couch over the summer, waited more than four months for it to arrive, and a few months in the power recliner is already malfunctioning. Trying to arrange for someone to repair has practically become a part-time job for myself and my husband. More than a month after reporting the problem to Cadira we are still waiting for an appointment for someone to come fix it. Specific complaints include the fact that only specific staff at Cadira can handle a repair phone call so you have to be lucky to catch them or
