I've had a few beds from Kelvin's for myself and children and would highly recommend!
Great customer service and the comfort and quality is second to non.
I've heard they are closing and it's such a shame, Great shop.

We have looked for a long time now for a dining table to go with our antique furniture.We chose your round mahogany pedestal table.
What a good choice we made, the table was beyond our expectations the quality and workmanship is superb and fits in perfectly with our antique furniture, we are absolutely thrilled with the quality and finish.

I have made one moderately large on-line purchase from Kelvin Furniture & have found the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. They will certainly be at the top of my list the next time that I look to buy quality furniture.

Lovely future shop. Unusual and inspiring household furniture and fittings. Good selection. Would give it 5 star if the prices were lowered. But you get what you pay for. They do delivery at a reasonable price.

Morley Leeds store may well look like they have good quality furniture but be aware that the genuine interest in their customers stops once goods are purchased
Good old fashioned customer service is none excistant in this store
Our recent experience with purchasing several products,mainly a bedroom suite which had bits missing which were with the set when purchased
Lost between payment made and delivery!
Cornices took a total of 6 month to arrive followed by the lights for the set another 3 month later
We also purchased a lovely looking gentleman chair which arrived 6 weeks after the expected

Fabulous service from the staff in helping my brother-in-law get his new double bed. Loads of colours and choices, they were really quick in delivering it and even built it up and took the old one away.

Absolutely appalling disgraceful company, DO NOT shop here!!! Bought a bed and within one week it had collapsed, the bed has completely had it and I cannot fix it. KELVIN furniture will take no responsibility and said that I must have jumped on the bed and they've never had any problems with beds before. Disgusting!!! Paid out for a bed I cannot use so I'm currently sleeping on the floor! Won't give me a refund or replacement bed or even attempt to fix it.

1. Owners wife had a nervous breakdown in the shop over IT system.Other Staff member looks embarrassed but does best to resolve matters. Alarm bells should have rung then but we returned later and ordered after she (the one having the meltdown) had left for the day, presumbly went for a lay down in a dark room.
2. Bed arrives as planned. Great we thought.
3. Wrong size heardboard. No big deal these things happen, driver confirms correct one will be delivered Monday morning first thing.
4. Wife waits in, no delivery. Wife calls shop, oh sorry we were supposed to call you. It isn't in stock, we

We brought a bed and mattress at the same time. The bed otterman base is good quality at a resonance price, however the mattress did not feel the same as we had tried in the shop.
We specifically asked for softer mattress but somehow we have ended up with a mattress so firm we can't get a good night's sleep and is causing aches and pains.
We spoke to the shop and even though we have used a mattress protector we can't return it. The best they would offer is to do us a deal on another mattress, but we won't be giving them any more trade.

I recently bought a bed from Kelvin Furniture. The staff weren't pushy at all but seemed very keen help. The bed was a good price and I am very impressed with the quality of the product. A very professional service from a smaller business, thank you.
