BEWARE UNADVERTISED £17.50 RETEST FEE.
Being a trader I directly and indirectly mot'd 15 vehicles last year with no previous problems.
This time however i had my vehicle booked in for a 9am test,it wasn't taken in until 10.20am by then the engine had gone cold thus failing the emission test and im only taking their word on that as i never saw any paperwork for the emissions,only then to be told by the woman in reception that my engine could be knackered,which it certainly isn't.i accept any other failures even though after a 2nd opinion the test appeared to be very very strict.

I have been using Shaw MOT Centre for a few years and can honestly say I would never take my car anywhere else. They go above and beyond to help, provide a courtesy car so you are never left stuck, workmanship is second to none. I can not recommend them high enough. I’ve been using this garage for over a year now. I’ve been numerous times now for services, MOTs etc. I always have a good experience here. They always help as much as they can, are very polite and make a lot of effort in regards to customer service.
The most comfort I have by taking mine and my girlfriends car there is the 100% honesty. I’m surrounded by garages where I live but I’d rather drive the 6 miles there where I know I get what’s needed and truth.
