Long due but here we go...lover of Italian food myself, been to many Italian restaurants, this one has to be the worst one... starter brusshetta al fungi, mushroom cheese on toast, really basic, had it at other places and its usually been amazing, got cheese wheel pasta which was boiled penne rolled in the cheese wheel, it was dry AF, I complained and got a fungi risotto instead which was edible but miles better than the nasty special wheel pasta they attract customers for, a girl next to me got the same thing and complained too, anyways tiramasu was from tescos I know it... can I say I would be

Delicious food but Cibo neglects its gluten free customers. We went for brunch this morning and my choice was limited to 1 item off the menu, due to the lack of gluten free bread. Cibo serves gluten free pizza and pasta, so it shouldn't be too difficult to have a stock.of GF ciabattas/loaves in the freezer.

We went to Cibo in Bolton the evening before our wedding on 8th October 2021. There was a large party of about 40 of us so we basically had the whole restaurant.
The staff were absolutely amazing, from booking the meal to when we arrived. They were very helpful and accommodated us all with ease. From the moment we got there me, my husband and all of our guests loved it. All the food came out on time, fresh and tasted absolutely beautiful. The staff made it look very easy.
