To conform to regulations every landlord must have a yearly gas safety check performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Property with more than one gas appliance - add 25 for the first extra appliance and then 15 per extra gas appliance. It is recommended to have your appliances serviced to have your safety check carried out with a service then please just add 10 to the service cost.

Brilliant. Andy has serviced the boiler for the last couple of years, always on time, professional, good value, great communication, sends a reminder, can’t ask for more. When we smelt gas from our meter box on a Saturday afternoon, he was with us within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, a worn o-ring, replaced it and insisted that he wouldn’t charge as we’re local and it wasn’t a big job. Can’t fault him, brilliant service, nice guy too

Had an issue with our boiler.Gave Andy a call and from initial diagnosis over the phone to boiler repaired was 3 hours. Faultless friendly service cannot reccomend him enough. Boiler now been serviced by him. so honest , punctual and reliable. What more can you ask for .Top bloke and efficient company to deal with thankyou so much

Andy was recommended to me by a friend many years ago now. He had just started out and was able to repair my boiler quite quickly and efficiently, I trusted him immediately so he continued to service it years after. I sold that house now over a year ago and my new house needed a new boiler. I know nothing about boilers so Andy suggested a couple dependant on my budget which was perfect.
