Luke is the consummate professional. Always on time, clean and tidy, answering my frequent questions and above all, he did all this with a smile. He had to decommission my old back boiler, install a new combi boiler in a new location. All work was done on the previously agreed time frame. At the end of each working day, my house was left in a very clean and tidy condition and there was no interruption to my normal routines and life.

Luke at B-Tech heating was fantastic. He responded quickly to my call out and was able to fit me in to do the work around my work life.
Luke was polite and respectful to my home and the fact that while he was working I had a toddler sleeping.
The work was reasonably priced and Luke was very professional.
Luke contacted me throughout the days following he work to check that the problem had been solved and that everything was as it should be.

I have hired and recommended Luke to others for years. He is polite, reliable, honest, trustworthy, pays attention to detail, and is reasonable. He will talk through options and be sure the finished work is something you and he can be proud of. Also, I’ve thankfully never had to deal with the awkwardness of builder’s bum with him; this can be a surprisingly big deal with some.

I am so pleased with the work B-Tech Heating have just done for me. My old boiler needed replacing and I had several companies quote. Luke stood out by a mile for his knowledge and expertise. He gave me excellent advice on the right boiler for my needs and also on how to get my water pressure improved.
The installation work was great. Courteous, tidy and considerate. They left the work area spotless overnight and when they finished. I would thoroughly recommend B-Tech to anyone.
