Choices Clothes sells good quality affordable nearly new maternity wear and children's clothes from birth up to 16 years of age. We also sell toys, books, games, dressing up clothes and some smaller items of baby equipment. There is easy parking and a cafe which serves hot and cold drinks, delicious homemade cakes (made by Des), light lunches and has a children's menu.
Children are welcome, we have toilets, a baby changing area and a comfortable seating area in the main shop with toys to help keep your children happy while you browse. There is also an outside seating area for the cafe which has toys in as well. We have made changes in all parts of Choices to make it easier to shop, with lots of space and we are looking forward to seeing what you think of it all.

Services
For Mums to Be we have a wide variety of maternity wear, including casual wear and clothes for work and special occasions. In the Nursery Barn you can browse at your leisure and there are changing rooms if you want to try anything on. There is also comfortable seating for when you (or your partner) need a sit down.
When we are taking in clothes we accept maternity wear and children's clothes from birth up to 15 to 16 years of age. All clothes need to be in good condition and clean, without any marks or buttons etc. missing. It helps us if you pop your name and address in the bag and that the items are neatly packed -whether clothes or toys.
If you are happy for anything unsold or unsuitable to go to charity you will receive 40% of any sales and we take 60%. However if you would like any unsold or unsuitable items returned to you, you will receive 30% of any sales and we will take 70%. Our commission rates on larger single items priced between 20.00 and 50.00 is 12.00 and the commission on items over 50.00 is 24.00.
We have supported a variety of charities throughout the years, and we try in particular to help local charities and those that support children. Some of the charities we have supported are EACH (East Anglian Children's Hospices), Suffolk Air Ambulance, SARS (Suffolk Accident Rescue Service), FIND (Families in Need), The Sick Children's Trust and REACH.
I often enjoy a visit for a little look around at the reasonable priced toys etc which are always of good quality. The new (ish) cafe is a great addition to choices and service is always very warm and welcoming. We often have lunch and a cheeky cake which always look so nice and appetising. The lady and gentlemen that serve in the cafe are very friendly and are very accommodating to myself, my friends and our messy little ones.

A great shop. I always find lots of clothes and toys for my son here, my teenage daughter also likes looking at the clothes to see if she can find any vintage gems - she was very pleased with her leather jacket she found today! All the staff are very friendly and helpful as is the gentleman in the cafe which also serves great food and yummy cakes. 😊
