First class shop! Thank you Belle Love, the staff on the phone were so helpful and I received my order within 2 days. It was packaged beautifully and signed for to protect my purchase! I can’t stop wearing the clothes! The fabrics are soft and wearable and wash up beautifully. I’m now looking on their page to buy some more! Can’t recommend this shop enough! Oh how I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I placed my order. I have had the same problem as another reviewer They had no record of who took the parcel in and 'it could not be found in the warehouse'. If you are going to buy from this company, please make sure you send back any returns by Recorded Delivery. This will ensure that you get your money back for your returned item and will not be in the situation that I have found myself in.

Buyer beware. The clothes are ok but if you return any items be prepared for a long wait for a refund. It is now 2 weeks since I posted items and despite several emails they still cannot trace the return. Very poor service. It is a shame because I would like to use them again but obviously I am now reluctant.

I have lived Belle love until now. My friends very kindly have me a voucher for my birthday. I had been to the shop a couple of times but there wasn't anything that I liked. Looked at summer clothes online so created my order. However if you buy a voucher in the shop you can only use it in the shop. Did my order anyway. Went in during the sale as had bought a dress online and wanted another. Asked but was told that those dresses weren't in store but we're ot but on their market store asked about the voucher you can't use it in the stall. Lady wasn't very pleasant so left without buying anything
