Critical: Professionalism
Supplied a minicab to take two adults and a small dog, two nights on the trot. But would not take them on the third night because it wasnt a guide dog. Hung up on me when I asked him to explain why. Very unprofessional. Will not use again.

These guys are a complete bunch of punks who have no sense of customer service. I called them, he said he will call me back in 2 min. 10 min later I call them and he tells me that my ride has been cancelled. I asked if he was going to let me know that and he started pretending that he was going to call me back. Never use these guys, especially if you need to get somewhere on time. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

Please try not to forget anything valuable in there taxis, they will not give it back, I was told that they found my Bluetooth headphones when I called to ask only to travel 110 miles to pick it up but guess what? They couldn't find it again. Bad services

Great & cheap service. Inside office staff is really helping. Morning controller is really kind to my elderly mom and her favourite as when he is there he try to help her to get in to car as she have mobility issues due to old age. We have been using the service from past 15 years & they never let us down.

Incapable service-no taxis turn up-rude and can't understand their English. By the looks of allllll your reviews on 4 different platforms...I suggest you close down and do the area a favour. Trading standards I'm sure will love you guys...

Be advised driver will want cash payment up front. We were staying just down the road from their office and booked a 4:30am car for an 8:00am flight out of Gatwick. (We could not find any Uber for that early hour.) It was easy to book over the phone and the car came 15 minutes early. Being nervous about using a company unknown to us, we called twice to re-confirm the booking and also went in person to the office to confirm. Took off a star because in all these calls and visits, no one ever mentioned CASH payment required up front. We did not have any bills! Luckily the friend we stayed with
