Appalling customer service. Booked a taxi for an international arrival. Immigration at Heathrow had a 3.5hr backlog to clear so I called the company and advised I would be late and requested they amend the pickup time but that I still needed the taxi. What followed was the ridiculous response that they couldn’t reschedule, would charge me late fees and ultimately the entire fare even if I wasn’t there. In the end that’s what happened and I never took the ride and had to book alternate transportation from the airport. Stay away at all costs.

I don't know how I start. I booked a taxi to pick me up to Heathrow on the 3rd of October, at 13:00. However, on the day of my travel, they called me to mention that the vehicle was a quarter or half an hour late; Half an hour later, I waited for them, but the car didn't arrive, so I called. They stated the vehicle might be late too. In the end, the driver showed up after about two hours and a half.
Thank God I made a booking long before the flight, but they messed up my plan. I wanted to get to the airport long enough before the flight rather than waiting miserably in rainy weather. If you have

Stay away from this company! They are late, unprofessional and with a terrible customer service! They messed up with our first booking and offered an insulting compensation. And then messed up even worse in the so called compensation drive and offered their apologies along with comments like "oh my God I said we're sorry so many times what else do you wnat". I'll tell you what I want: a. Don't put my child at risk! b. Give me back my money

Do not use this company. Car booked for 0500, paid in advance. No sign at 0505 so I called twice. No answer. Someone calls back 5 minutes later and tells me the driver will be there in 20 minutes (ie 30 mins late). Driver calls 15 minutes later and says he's 15-20 minutes away. Had to cancel and use public transport as there was no reason to believe a word they were saying. Avoid these clowns if you want to make your flight.

I had called them for quote and booking, the service desk personnel are friendly and polite. Their quote was way more reasonable then many other cab services.
Everything was very organised, they send automated emails to remind about the booking 2-3 days before the booking date. Also the payment was made online and it was simple.
Had booked a cab from Birmingham to London for my wife and me at 10 pm late night. The driver Gursel was on time, courteous and professional.
Will definitely use their services again.

My husband, myself and my 8 month old baby had a taxi booked from Stanstead Airport home (we live outside of London) so had arranged everything beforehand to avoid issues. Importantly, I had talked with the company on two occasions to ensure that all was in order and that a car seat would be provided for our baby. On arrival, the driver showed up WITHOUT A CAR SEAT. When we called the company, they said that a car seat was not guaranteed (despite me having talked with them twice to ensure this!) and they said we could HOLD OUR BABY IN OUR LAP for the 1-1.5h trip! This is clearly extremely dangerous

Mr Constantine Gabriel is very professional & reliable. My 14 years old son travelled alone, Mr Gabriel was very caring during the 4 hours drive. He didn't leave him at school entrance but to help my son to locate school office and also accompany him to wait for the House Master. Thanks very much for his kindness. Really appreciated !

I used this company to get to the airport in the early morning, as there were no trains that early. The driver, Sheik, was on time and called me before arriving. He was very accommodating throughout the trip and made sure I had a good experience. I would highly recommend Airport Pickups and their service, and will book again next time.
