Our skilled welders are qualified to install pipework of all sizes together with associated plant and support systems to your specific requirements. In addition to all types of stainless steel, we are also qualified and experienced in the installation of carbon steel and plastic pipework.
Our workshop specialises in the production of stainless steel fabrication of the highest quality. We produce hygienic stainless steel tanks, vessels and pipework systems for the most sophisticated of processes. We also have the capacity to supply high quality multipart skid-mounted units and flowplates, tested and ready for easy addition to existing plant.
Hi-Line Services can supply qualified and experienced welders and tradesmen to provide on site maintenance. We can accommodate all kinds of on site work from routine maintenance to emergency callout, providing skilled and qualified labour to work on stainless steel and/or carbon steel pipework, vessels, machinery and skids.
Hi-Line Services' Quality Assurance policy covers every aspect of our operations from receipt of enquiry, quotation, specification, ordering of materials (including supplier control, traceability and certification) through workshop fabrication, site installation, testing, commissioning and completion documentation.
All of our employees operate under our own Health and Safety policy which incorporates Method Statements, Risk Assessments, COSHH regulations and Permit to Work systems. These are designed to complement our customers our own 'in-house' Health and Safety standards and procedures. Our health and safety management system incorporates the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
