With lifting capacity of 40T, we are able to offer a wide range of fabrications from large one-off structures to regular production of consumable and replacement components. Services
Using only fully trained personable, and weld coded welders with a vast wealth and expertise we are confident we can meet all our customers' needs and expectations. Using the latest CAD software systems we are able to quickly and efficiently break down jobs ready for issuing to the shop floor enabling for a stream line production and a reduced lead time on customer orders.
As with most of our fabrication enquires, normally some sort of final machining is required to complete the scope of supply. Continuous investment within our machine shop including up to date tooling means we are able to offer complete supply cutting down on costs, becoming a one-stop shop to our customers' needs.
Quality lies at the forefront of every Metzpro fabrication. Employing highly skilled and trained personal ensuring continuous investment in up-to-date modern equipment and tooling. We employing a dedicated quality inspector who's sole task is to ensure all work is correct to drawing and leaves our workshop correct first time.
Here at Metzpro we are always on the lookout for hardworking, skilled and talented personnel to join our work force in our ever expanding business. Offering competitive rates of pay we provide a clean, safe and enjoyable place of work. We are also currently looking for school leavers between 16-18 years of age as apprentices who are looking to begin a career in the steel fabrication and welding trade.
