The Fugilists have recorded at Psyrex a few times over the last few years and we have to say Mark's professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and helpfullness (not to mention great rates) leave many, if not most, comparable sized studios well behind. There will never be any 'issues' with Mark as he is always to willing to discuss what you require and has the knowledge to be able to do it!. Top place, top bloke, highly recommended!

Mark is a lovely guy who does professional quality recordings. We've been back to him twice since our first recording and will continue use him for many reasons such as the quality of the recordings and laid back atmosphere. The best thing is he's learning our sound and things move faster when it comes to recording and mixing new material. Highly recommend Psyrex!

Well, where do I start? I have used Psyrex a few times now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. On a personal level, Mark ( owner and engineer ) will literally entertain and try anything that is asked of him, and has the patience of a saint. His knowledge of his craft is second to none, and works extremely quickly, saving time and money. There are drinks available, and company from DK, the best dog the World's ever seen.
There is a fair sized live room, easily fitting a band if you want to capture a live recording. There is a basic drumkit and backline provided, but then, if you're serious
