I highly recommend speaking to Nick for any of your needs. He can explain very complex things in very easy to understand terms. When looking at what is available to you you he shows you all of them. You can compare them all against each other & make the decision for yourself. He'll explain each offer individually & show you the cheapest option to you over the term.

Did an absolutely amazing job with our remortgage, even when on a tight deadline line and when I was out the country struggling with communication, managed to get us an amazing deal in the right time, incredibly polite and helpful!! Will definitely be staying with them for next time. Very reasonable in price for the standard of service you get. Have recommended many times to friends and family.

We can't recommend Nick enough! He's an absolute professional who goes above and beyond to help his customers.
Having moved from New Zealand and owned a house there the process here was completely different. Nick was able to explain everything so we understood our options.

We contacted Nick as he had been highly recommend - and we were not disappointed. He was really responsive, had great access to lenders and products not available without a broker, and supported us with great communication throughout. Highly impressed with Nick and Kasia's service. We received our mortgage offer within 6 working days of putting our application in. Nick has made himself available during weekends and evenings to accommodate us for meetings / phone calls. Nick has been incredibly thorough throughout the whole mortgage process. As a first time buyer I was clueless, however Nick took his time to break it all down to allow me to understand, as well as answering all my questions. I got in touch with Nick after hearing reviews and personal recommendations from my work colleagues. Myself and my partner had no idea about mortgages, or where to even start. Anytime we looked online to find any simple way of explaining we couldn’t get our heads around it. Nick spent an hour of his time explaining it in a way we could understand, and laid out our options so we know what to work towards and how to get there.

We used Spolton Mortgages when buying a property 2 years ago.
