Securablinds
The Abbey Group would like to introduce SECURABLINDS(R) portfolio which offers a unique, British designed and patent protected security blinds range for Blast Protection and Forced Entry Prevention blind systems for window and door openings. Currently manufactured in the UK, SECURABLINDS(R) products have been tested and accredited for forced entry prevention and blast protection against 100kg and 500kg TNT equivalent.

Our security blinds have achieved the highest standards of accreditation, complying with the exacting standards set by the UK Home Office. We are the only company globally that can provide these patented blast blinds systems that withstand such high levels of attack and there are no other comparable products.
Services
SECURABLINDS(R) unique patented design achieves unparalleled resilience and blast absorption standards in attack scenarios. SECURABLINDS(R) blades are extruded to our patent protected design for inherent strength. They are further reinforced with high tensile steel rods when fastened to the inner frame.
The concept of SECURABLINDS(R) design is proven in rigorous attack and blast testing. The SECURABLINDS(R) range of products can be retrofitted to existing buildings as well as new build applications. The pressure wave smashes the window forcing the glass and anti-shatter film or polycarbonate trigger to automatically shut the blinds.
Brian Wilkins is the Chairman of Abbey Group International Limited and Inventor of SECURABLINDS(R) Product Range. His first patents for the design of the security blind system were granted in 2001, his invention still being the basis of today's SECURABLINDS(R) Product Range. His initial concept, feel and integrity continues to permeate through each of our products.
SECURABLINDS(R) patented systems are installed in many locations for government and commercial organisations in the UK, USA, across Europe, Russia, the Middle East and other countries around the world. Installations include government buildings, embassies and other sensitive locations. High street banks, international money exchanges, mainline and underground rail networks.
