Harry Fraser has been in the catering industry as a chef for the past 40 years, 18 of those years have been spent building a successful, high quality catering company. Gwen has been a part of the team since 1992 and spent 20 years in the catering industry before joining Harry's team. As operations director Gwen is in charge of all functions and events from first enquiry to the actual day itself and she will ensure your day runs smoothly.
With the assistance of various events management companies in Aberdeen we have acquired contracts for a number of outdoor functions. We cater for all styles of events big and small. Some of our past and present clients include Schlumberger, BP, Stewart Milne Group, Ferguson Modular, Subsea 7 and Wood Group just to name a few.
Your wedding day is one of the best days of your life and we pride ourselves on the fact that we can add to that joy by providing an exquisite meal and ensure you won't be worrying about the catering on your special day. Our dedicated team of professionals will be with you from the first enquiry to the last dance with the guarantee of peace of mind for the Bride and Groom.
Our BBQ menus come in all shapes and sizes, from the traditional burgers and sausages to spit roasts, langoustines and salmon. BBQ's are generally associated with the summer months but it can be quirky and original to have a BBQ in December, we will be happy to cater for your BBQ any time of the year.
We offer full cash bar service at local competitive prices. We stock a wide range of lagers and spirits and can offer draght lager and beer for the larger events. Best Caterer EVER ! We hired them for our wedding in june 2019 and the food was absolutely unreal ! literally the best food ever and a dessert that will haunt me for the rest of my life because of how good it was (it was the rhubarb pie btw) ! John was so nice and so professional, the set up was perfect and they just did an overall awesome job and now over 6 months later I'm still salivating rethinking about our wedding food !
They were also super efficient to serve the food and drinks at the drinking reception, despite our ceremony ending up much shorter than planned ! I would 100% recommend

My family and I have been very fortunate with opportunities to travel and dine in sone choice places. Our BBQ and our formal dinner at Candacraig earlier this month hustled right up to the top of the Hit… Parade. John, you are a joy to work with in every way. What do I recommend about Harry Fraser Catering?? EVERYTHING! John and his crew put on an incredible barbecue for our large party at Candacraig the night of our arrival, then put on the most memorable and… delicious birthday dinner the next night for our mom. Every single time was a 10+. John is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he also had us provisioned beautifully. Can you open a branch in SoCal, please??

We just had our wedding at Barra and used Harry Fraser Catering. They were amazing. Their staff were friendly and professional. Their food was fantastic - everyone at the wedding loved it. The portion sizes were spot on too. They were flexible with timings and went above and beyond to help make the day go smoothly.
