Washington coach works gave me an exceptionally good service from beginning to end! At my first encounter I emphasised that I worked from my van as a Farrier and all of my working kit remains and is fitted within it and if possible they could have it for the least amount of time possible.

Very pleased with repair work carried out on my car. I am quite fussy so I was recommended to come to WCW as I was told they would do a high quality repair. As well as doing the main repair / respray they also polished a few additional marks out of a door with no extra charge. They were also very accommodating with regard to leaving my car on the premises longer than the planned period of repair.

Excellent service! My Jeep needed a new wheel arch after someone clobbered it in my work car park. Fully expecting to be painfully Jeep-less for a few days, I was astounded that Washington Coachworks had sourced and painted the wheel arch before I got there, and fitted it while I waited! They took care of the insurance side of it, and really couldn't have been more accommodating. Great guys to deal with.

Excellent customer service and repair work!! My son had hit one of our neighbours car who couldn't find the time to take it to a workshop for an estimate. Phil very kindly put himself out to come out personally to our neighbours home to price and advise. That extra care on top of an excellent speedy repair was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

From the moment I met the owner Phil, I felt reassured that my Mazda would be looked after. He has a very strong and rare value base that is not seen these days. Without going into details he went over and above my expectations with a manufacturer's lack of communication and this is where I saw his very kind values as a human being and he is a savvy business man at that. Put it this way, if you checked into a hotel and he owned it, you would find four packs of biscuits for two people and eight towels in the room; not one pack of biscuits to share like most hotels do if you are lucky to get a biscuit

The car was not legal to drive when they handed it over to us.
When our car was first assesed by them, we were told it would be ready in 1 - 2 weeks.
They have had our car for over 5 weeks now - apparently it's complicated and they are busy. Wish I had chosen a company who could allocate their resources better and could deal effectively and efficiently with complicated jobs.
I was promised that the car would be ready last Friday. It wasn't and I didn't even get a phone call to explain why or when it might be ready.
When I didn't hear from them I send an email on Friday afternoon, using their

I nominated these guys (through my insurance company) to fix a long key scratch on my beloved car and they were great. They did a great job matching the paint colour and were very conscientious in looking after the car while they had it. When I returned for a final bit of polishing they were very helpful and keen to ensure I was happy with everything.
They aren't cheap but their service was worth every penny.
