Substandard repairs usually result from poor preparation and the incorrect application / curing of the primer, paint and lacquer. I had scratches on the front of my Audi A3 and I'd bumped my back bumper which had caused it to come loose as well as substantial scratches disfiguring it. Ian did a great job of repairing the scratches and went above and beyond regarding the bumper. He jacked the car up and re-welded the bumper back onto the chassis making it secure and scratch free. No hesitation to recommend such excellent work.

I am so impressed with my repair! I had three scratches and two dents which I had been told by another company (franchise) would not be possible to remove. Ian and his colleague have done the most amazing job. There is no sign there were ever any scratches or dents there. The arrangements and the repair itself were very efficiently and professionally carried out. The price was very reasonable (less than a quarter of the price quoted by a body shop) and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this service.

Ian did an excellent job of restoring the offside bumper of my Honda Jazz to new. I had picked up "anonymous" scratches some months ago in a car park. One of my neighbours had arranged for Ian to attend to repair his vehicle so I took the opportunity of speaking with Ian on his arrival and lucky for me he was able to do the repair that same day. The paint match is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Smart Pro for a job well done.

The colour spray quality from this company is poor. The owner Ian charged a higher rate in comparison with other smart mobile body repair companies. He stated this is because of the higher standard of his work. However, the paints peeled off just 6 months after he painted the front bumper for me. He didn't admit this is partly his painting problem but blamed the car washing company has used high water pressure, although I have been using the same local car washing team for 2.5 years without any problem. Very disapointed. Charges in high standard, but work in low standard. No gaurantee/warranty
