Had my vehicle repaired here after an accident, the vehicle collection was arranged quickly and Neil the lorry driver was very polite when collecting it. They kept me up to date with how my repair was going and had the vehicle back to me exactly when they said it would be. Gareth the receptionist was very polite and helpful every time i spoke to him. The car even came back to me as clean as when I got it.

I found this company to be slow, rude, unhelpful, threatening and damaging. In September an accident caused the boot of my car to be damaged. The driver of the other car was insured by the AA so this company organised the repairs of my vehicle. The AA chose Tonbridge Accident Repair Centre (TARC) to carry out the repairs. TARC quickly sent me an email asking for details of the damage, which I provided. It took several weeks and me chasing it up for them to confirm they would fix the damage and arrange picking up my vehicle. The TARC representatives who picked up my vehicle were polite, efficient

My girlfriend's car was recently scratched whilst parked, thankfully the other driver left a note and was happy to pay for the repairs. Tonbridge Accident Repair Centre did a fantastic job fixing the rear quarter and rear door, with a seamless finish. Highly recommended.

Came in to have a rust patch repaired on a 5 year old nissan 370z door. It's a tricky 3 coat pearl paint.
Price was about in the middle when compared to alternatives however the finish they achieved was exceptional.
Very happy overall and would recommend to friends and family wanting an as new repair!

I had a great experience using Tonbridge ARC for the repair of my vehicle after a collision. All the staff were very helpful over the phone, polite and professional. They did an amazing job on the repair - especially considering the extensive damage!! Niell, who kindly delivered my car back to my home address, was again very friendly and profession. I would very much recommend their services!

Having experienced extremely poor service from third party insurers Markerstudy Insurance and their agents Vehicle Replacement Group (VGR), it was a pleasure to deal with Tonbridge Accident Repair Centre. Amazing service! I had some scratches on my car so I gave them a call to look at booking in to get it repaired. They told me to just bring the car down so they can give me a quote. They looked at the work and there and then fixed it for me within about 15 minutes! On top of that, because it was such a quick job they didn’t even charge me. I cannot believe the brilliant quality and professionalism of Tonbridge Accident Repair Centre. 10/10 highly recommend.
