What a great shop! Pet owners would be lost without brilliant independent pet shops like this. However, with sadness, the last review posted has meant they are now only allowing just one person in who has to stand behind a table at the door. This means that you can no longer peruse the shelves looking for new treats and, as the queue builds up outside, you feel that you no longer have time to ask those all important questions that the excellent staff would always be happy to help with. Being a frequent visitor I never felt unsafe as I felt the 2 customer rule allowed enough space. Like I said,

NOT COVID SAFE. Lovely, helpful staff but not covid safe in the slightest. They had let 2 families in which equates to 10 people (when including staff) in a very small shop floor, maybe 3m squared space, and then they let me in?! Felt very uncomfortable as there was a queue outside waiting so I felt pressured to go in. Not sure how we were supposed to keep 2m distance. The servers mask kept slipping beneath his nose. Be careful.

We have been customers here for many years. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the care of most animals and always willing to help. They also offer a home delivery service which our mother found very useful as she got older. When delivering, they put the goods away for her and we're completely trustworthy.

A little expensive compared to the internet, but is an independent shop. I like to come in regularly so they are there for when I need them. Mostly I buy cat and dog treats or toys but they do have some decent aquarium bits and a wide selection of food, beds and grooming equipment. Always welcoming to the furry guests.

Highly rate these guys, I have a young puppy with a sensitive stomach so lots of trouble with the food he came to me with, tried different types but to no avail. Visited the shop - within two days his stomach was fine. I buy all their natural products - use their own brand large puppy food and my puppy is fit and healthy and his coat is looking amazing. Thanks to everyone at FnF xx

We are new dog owners and they have been so helpful in answering all of our questions and taking the time to help us with helping our dog settle on food. They gave us samples to try before we invested in a large bag. They have a great selection in anything you might need. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
