Like so many other popular trends, they are the latest version of a long-standing part of culture around the world. PIG-CASSO'S caters for all events large and small, from weddings and birthdays to festivals.

We offer food that is gourmet, modern and delicious. Using fresh, local produce to create a seasonal menu, we are always looking to develop new ideas and recipes. Using a traditional Oklahoma Joe, reverse flow wood smoker, made from 5mm thick steel, we are able to offer a range of products. English Oak provides the perfect light smokey flavour that we are looking for.

PIG-CASSO'S is a catering company, which is based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire and is owned by its founders, James Cardwell and Stephen Connon. The company aims to cater for a range of events, from corporate parties, to weddings and even 60th birthdays, providing high quality products at affordable prices.

Book Our Truck Report

For longer service hours: 100+VAT per hour. Please note: additional fuel charges for bookings which are more than 25 miles away from the PE27 postcode are charged at 45 Pence+VAT per mile (50 miles free!) Dimensions: 6 meters x 1.8 meters for when space is not an issue! Power: 2 x 13 amp plugs (we have a generator but this can be noisy).

The best food truck in the area for a real treat, getting one of the delicious buns or burgers and some loaded fries and you will not be disappointed in delicious flavour and you'll have a great feast! It's all about the smoked meats and their veggie options are just as solid!

I probably eat here once a week. The food is always perfect. I lived in Texas for four years and I would put Pigcassos pulled pork bun up against anything I had in the great BBQ state.

These guys are legends in the local food truck game. Eaten from them a fair few times now and myself and my family have enjoyed everything we've tried. Definitely worth looking them up if they are near you. And they do catering too, could you think of anything better for your party or event?

Friendly service & fantastic food. We have actually driven up to 20 minutes to surrounding villages for our favourite food truck! My partner has now tried everything on the menu and has never had a single bad thing to say. Thank you pigcassos for never disappointing!

We found this place earlier in the week. Thursday is the day these pork magicians are closest to us. But couldn't find a location for them. A quick WhatsApp message with one of the owners and we now know where they are.
All I can say is wow
Drop everything and get a pulled pork butt roll and peri peri fries.
This is definitely my new Thursday dinner spot!!

Run by two blokes who’s passion it is to share their love for smoked meat, and it seriously comes out in flavour through mouthwatering pulled pork! Loads of other options too. Delicious!
