Services
We offer valuations for probate where we will provide an inventory with all items of J500 and above individually listed as per HMRC current practice. Photographic records of such pieces are made and included with the valuation upon request. We will value specific items for family division; bequests etc and can arrange packing and carriage for any such items worldwide.

I have read a few posts on here and a similar thing as happened to me that as happened to other people, which enforces what a crooked place this auction house is, i to bought from overseas, i was stuck there because of covid , i told my situation, they said they understood, when i got back in UK i chased my items up, i sent four emails got no reply, when i finally got through to speak to the boss, i was casully told they had resold everything!
oh bit of a shock as i had asked many times where are my items? then i was told theres no money either, the sale was last november, i want to make it clear

Be very careful. I bought over one year ago a set of china and spent several hundreds of pounds. I live in Spain. To this date, not only I have not received my purchased items, which were fully paid right after the sale, but they refuse to answer my emails or to give me a refund. They claimed that there were Brexit and Covid issues, which I am sure it was true back then, but it has been more than one year, and what it is inexcusable is to not return your client's emails and to fail to propose a fair solution. Beware!

High commission rates whether buying or selling. Some good items but beware that friend was totally ripped off when buying some jewellery items which were not as described in catalogue. Poor hygiene levels in refreshment area with drinks served in dirty/ chipped mugs. Nightmare for residents regarding parking all over pavements in village when auction on.
