If we are unable to clear it using traditional methods, e.g. with the use of rods or high pressure water jetting, then we will provide a quote for any supplementary costs that would be incurred in investigating the problem, such as drain tracing or CCTV surveys.The unexpected can cause the greatest disruption and inconvenience.

The company were working on our neighbours' house, and entered our property 3 times without permission (definitely illegal). When contacted about this afterwards, they were childish and somewhat aggressive in their response, offering excuses instead of acknowledging the illegality of their actions.
I'm sure they carried out the actual drainage work fine (wouldn't know), but not professional in their conduct or in terms of receiving feedback.
