Services
All four of our luxury lodges have panoramic views over surrounding countryside and coast and are positioned far enough apart as to afford their occupants privacy. There are winding walks through the trees and 'sit ooteries' from where guests can enjoy the views, watch out for squirrels and listen to the wild birds' song.
When visiting Scotland, one is instinctively drawn to the Highlands, the West coast, or indeed the capital city Edinburgh. But tucked away up in the North East corner is the hidden and little-known coastal gem of Banffshire and the countryside of Aberdeenshire and Royal Deeside all easily accessible from the gorgeous Maunderlea Lodges.

What a lovely place! The chalets are gorgeous and would look magical in the snow! The pond with all of the adornments is a lovely touch. We visited the viewpoint and it was such a clear day, we could see right out to the sea at Banff. We had a walk through the Fairy Woods and out by the wind turbines and if we'd had more sunlight might have made more use of the Auchinderran Walk path that leads to Knock Hill and Bennachie but we had to get home to collect the kids from school

Fantastic location, set in a small wood of Scots pines on a hill with views across the countryside and the sea. Beautifully laid out, very quiet, with footpaths carefully cut through the wood leading to a view point and also to where the fairies live. The lodges themselves are very comfortable and warm, well laid out and clean. Highly recommend
