The luxury cottages in Argyll are run by Malcolm and Alison Campbell and their family who live on the farm. Malcolm is the third generation of the Campbell's at Aird rearing beef cattle and sheep. Malcolm and Alison are there to welcome you on arrival and are available should you need help during your stay to ensure you have a truly enjoyable West Highland experience.

Aird Farm Cottages enjoy an elevated position at the end of Craignish peninsula offering stunning views over the Sound of Jura to Mull and Gulf of Corryvreckan Whirlpool the tidal race between Jura and Scarba. The Dorus Mhor (meaning the big door) is another tidal race a mile walk from the Aird and where the first steam boat, the Comet went down in 1820.
There's always plenty to do while staying at Aird Farm. As well as the many Eateries and bars there are local boat trips, numerous gardens, museums, whisky distillery tours, Kilmartin Glen and the beaver trail at Knapdale. The area around about the farm offers some of the best walks in the area and this is a perfect opportunity to take in some of the breath taking scenery.

Aird is situated 27 miles south of Oban and 21 miles north of Lochgilphead on the West coast of Argyll. We are approximately 2 1/4 hours from Glasgow Airport and 3 1/2 hours from Edinburgh Airport.
