Jacqui launched Cloud Nine in 2008 and has never looked back. Originally qualifying from Bournemouth and Poole College, Jacqui then spent many years working at a high-end spa within a well-known hotel group. Here she gained the crucial experience she needed in customer care, business and treatments.
I have been having beauty and nail treatments at Cloud Nine for a few years now and look forward to my treatments each and every time. All the girls are so lovely and I really do not mind who I have to do any of my treatments as they are all so capable, polite and very efficient and of course, friendly.
