Charles David Casson sales and lettings is an independent firm run by brother Matthew and Neil Baldock who together with our loyal team offer over 25 years combined, local property experience with a good understanding of our client's needs. The older (and to his frustration the shorter) of the Baldock Brothers, Matt has now been an agent for around 19 years, starting as an Office Junior on Duke Street and working his way up through the corporate ranks before owning Charles David Casson. Matt loves the fact that he gets to meet new people everyday and that he gets to help them move on to the next chapter of their life story.

I got in contact with Charles David Casson estate agents and spoke to a lady called Macey. From the offset she was extremely helpful. The original property had gone so she offered an alternative property that she had. She kept in contact constantly with me and kept me updated on everything to the point where I didn't even need to ask any questions. I finally found an estate agent that will bend over backwards to find you a place as quick as possible. I've dealt with many estate agents in the past but Louise is in a class of her own, friendly, helpful and done everything in her power to make it as easy as possible and stress free finding a place. Louise then put me onto Macey, who was just as helpful as Louise and I'm looking to move in the next couple of weeks. I don't why other estate agents can't work like this,, I take my hat off to you all and thank you for everything.
