Come on then what does SOA really stand for? Well it's a bit embarrassing really! When Andy the MD was 6 he watched a film called "The Vikings" with Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis. Well SOA originated from Son of Ander, but when you get asked what the acronym means you don't want to be telling them about the Vikings.

So glad I did my first aid training with SOA Safety. Had to use it today on a family walk, when Grandad fainted ( he’s 84 and already had a double bypass). All ok thanks to First Responders and Paramedics, but it made a huge difference knowing what to do whilst we waited for them to come. My kids 12 and 14, are now really keen to train up SOA can you help?!

Nicola - did the full day fire warden course with Alan. Thoroughly enjoyed this second time round, as it's my fourth year being a fire warden now. The course is a really good eye opener & Alan did a fan job !!!
