What a fantastic garage, after years of using various garages and been ripped off it’s a refreshing change to feel like a valued customer. Ash and the team are fantastic, initially giving a price and then talking through the options before carrying out the work. Ash also rescued my son when his car broke down and ensured that he carried out the work to get him going again. As a woman I dread taking the car to a garage but I defo don’t worry anymore. Thank you General Garage you have restored my faith.

Amazing service. First thing this morning whilst on the school run I see the warning we all dread....PUNCTURE. Contacted general garage and told to take it straight up to be checked, within a couple of hours problem sorted and I was on my way. Great communication and excellent customer service. Thanks again 👍🏻

Ash, Rob and the team at General Garage are brilliant. Took my Qashqai in as it was making a noise on the front drivers side and I needed the car for work. Ash fitted us in and as it was my first visit, Rob carried out a full inspection on the car prior to carrying out any work. He identified a number of issues which could have potentially been dangerous which my previous garage hadn’t picked up and asked us to go down so he could show us the faults.
After visiting and seeing what needed to be done, Rob got the parts required and got the car fixed the same day as he knew we needed it for work
