We're a family-run business and pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service. Our directors Malc and Dave are personally involved in the day to day running of the business; Mark is also our resident mechanic, maintaining our fleet from the on-site workshop. Malc's wife Mel is responsible for operating our telephone and booking system, organising our fleet and travel arrangements.
At Hayletts Private Hire, safety is paramount; all vehicles are fitted with seatbelts. Please bear in mind all vehicles are non-smoking. Each vehicle is driven by a trained Hayletts driver. Our friendly, helpful drivers have a great rapport with passengers and aim to provide an outstanding service with every trip.
We also provide emergency cover for railway networks. Under extreme conditions, and/or in the event of cancellations, we provide rail replacement buses, allowing passengers to complete their journeys. All vehicles are fully insured and we hold full Public Liability insurance, so you can choose us with confidence.
