Although I haven't dealt with this home personally, a friend's father was moved here after a truly disgraceful stay in another home. The care he received through lockdown was exceptional not only in dealing with his needs but also the needs of a doting daughter (my friend). I am about to enquire about a relative being placed here based on their experience! The new manager was excellent at communication and the staff in their work.

Some staff are great so not saying it about them all, but i have had issues with the care my mother has had. eating with human waste under nails on several occasions .. to my mother having a fall , and 111 being called .. this is a advice line when 999 should of been !! broken femur / rotated leg !!! left over 3 hours till help arrived from the right services.. .. this is not good enough in my eyes .. no ones parents or relatives deserve this treatment ..
