Keep receiving annoying marketing emails without Unsubscribe option, although never signed up.
My requests to remove my email are ignored.
You should have better understanding of GDPR regulations and how spamming affects business reputation.

Stay away from this dodgy estate agency company. They do not care about you they will take your deposit at the end of your tenancy. They will never help you or let Maintenance know that there are issues where you are renting. Also the manager sends out disgusting emails swearing at customers I have copies of his name is Ripon, Also Christopher who works for them lies about council tax. Ripon has had a charge on his property and business from HSBC bank. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Very happy with the service Moving City provide. I'm a property owner and we've had our flat with them for many years now. They're friendly and helpful and lovely to do business with.

I would like to make a complaint against your maintenance team, especially Daljinder Kaur. I needed someone to do a job in my property last week and called up the maintenance department numerous times. Daljinder was extremely rude to me, saying my job is not important and can wait as there are more important things. I kept calling and calling and finally after many arguments with her she finally sent someone out and i was not happy so called again.
She was very rude to me, saying I shouldnt keep calling her for silly things and to call when something goes terribly wrong. She cannot be talking

Satisfied my every needs. I called looking for a property to rent and boy did they find my dream property. Great communication from Chris and Romano. They deserve a medal. We had put an offer on a property with another agent but the landlord did not want us no more, so we needed a property as soon as possible. My wife loves me again haha. Thank you Moving City. You really are the property superheroes. I would recommend you to any of my friends relocating from Italy.

Stay away if possible.
They had me waiting for an offer to get accepted for more than a week, being dishonest and avoiding me every day. And they requested 2 week's rent upfront to even make the offer.
Of course at the end they just found someone to offer more.
Terrible behaviour.

I have used Moving City to rent my flat in Aldgate for 2 years now. They have always been honest and fast acting. I am quite comfortable using this company to continue handling my property.

I reached out to Moving City having just arrived in London and in need of a home. I emailed about a few listings and promptly heard back with a call to schedule viewings.

The flat we liked was about 100pw above our budget. The agent told us the landlord was flexible and would most likely accept our lower offer. We should put one in, pay the deposit and her fees now, and if for some reason it does not get accepted, we would be refunded in full.

After a few days and multiple calls to the agent, her boss, and the office, it became clear that our offer had not been accepted. We said no problem,
