I had an mazing experience renting out my property with Stirling Ackroyd and cannot recommend them highly enough. What a relief! Ghiles was very professional and on it, communication was easy and joyful, I felt looked after and supported throughout and most importantly, it took the team a few hours to rent out my flat above asking price to a lovely person. I approached three different Agents and Stirling Ackroyd proved to be
the most professional and responsive by far. Nick Mayhead of SA was the only one of the three to suggest sale via auction and having discussed this further with Nick and the Auctioneers, Pattinsons our property in Hackney sold at a very good price. Oliver at SA was also very helpful and I was very pleased with the service they provided.

Stirling Ackroyd are a truly professional business, offering a responsive and highly proactive sales team, something which is lacking with so many other estate agent firms out there. We dealt with Nick, who chased every fine detail between the two parties solicitors and also kept everyone in the picture, notifying us of every stage of the sale. After a lifetime of dealing with agents (both as landlord and as tenant) I feel I should comment on the superlatively efficient, responsive and helpful service which my daughter and I received from SARAH M while renting a flat in Hackney. My situation as guarantor (but having various retirement pensions, rather than a salary), could have complicated the referencing process, but Sarah stayed on top of everything to ensure that problems were avoided. She also 'went the extra mile' in communications with the landlord. A thoroughly positive experience.
