Every individual arrested has certain rights whilst in custody at the police station, chief amongst those rights is the right to free, independent and confidential legal advice.
Imran is the principal solicitor and founder of Hurrairah Harris Solicitors. Imran splits his time between managing the firm and advising and assisting his clients. Imran specialises in Criminal Law, Immigration Law and regularly assists with Clinical Negligence matters. Imran is a Magistrates Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor.
Majid is a Solicitor at Hurrairah Harris Solicitors and has been part of the team since its inception in 2010 and has seen the firm grow. Majid provides invaluable advice and assistance to detainees at police stations around West Yorkshire and beyond. He has an impeccable track record for disposals at the police station where the police and CPS have offered no further action against his clients including Youths and Vulnerable Adults.
Mohammed Farooq joined the team at Hurrairah Harris Solicitors as a Criminal Defence Solicitor and practices exclusively in this area. A seasoned advocate, he now leads the team with Majid Malik in ensuring advice and assistance is available to all clients arrested at the Police Stations, locally and nationally.
