Yapton pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy conveniently situated adjacent to the Yapton Surgery in North End Road Yapton. Although the pharmacy adjoins Yapton Surgery it is an NHS facility that is available to everyone and not just the patients at this medical centre. Up until recently, the residents of Yapton have had to travel a significant distance to access pharmacy services, with the nearest being in Barnham or Middleton.
After a lengthy legal application to the local Primary Care Trust followed by an appeal process to the Department Of Health it has finally been agreed that Yapton does indeed merit a pharmacy of its own. The pharmacy does not form part of a large chain but is privately owned, and operated by David Parker MRPharmS.

We have reviewed our online ordering system which was an in-house facility and decided, for a number of reasons, that it would be more efficient for patients, pharmacy and surgery to make use of "Patient Access" for their prescription ordering. In order to use "Patient Access" you will firstly need to get personal log-in details from your GP surgery.
