Our family business has been successfully helping hundreds of people to buy or sell their homes as easily as possible in York and the surrounding areas since 2008. We have always been proudly transparent regarding our fees of 0.75% plus VAT (0.9% inclusive of VAT) since the day we opened for our fully inclusive "no sale-no fee" service.
Our experienced team come from either an estate agency or sales background having over 60 years combined experience within the property industry itself. Your home is in safe hands. Andrew set up YHomes in 2008. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, Andrew has a fantastic knowledge of the overall business including sale of residential homes, sale of new homes, investment acquisitions and property auctions.

I recently purchased a property through YHomes and couldn’t recommend them enough. The team were absolutely fantastic, from my initial viewing, to pre-purchase survey recommendations, all the way through to a post purchase check-in. Despite challenging and busy times, with COVID and a rush on the market due to the stamp-duty holiday, they were always friendly and professional and provided regular updates whilst we waited for our chain to fall into place. Absolutely fantastic estate agent, great customer service from start to finish, very attentive and thorough at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
