Did you know that the HSE guidelines state that employers should ensure their first aiders remain competent to perform their role? As such, it is strongly recommended that first aiders undertake annual refresher training to practise their skills and update their knowledge on the latest first aid procedures.

I recently attended avonmore training solutions 3 day first aid at work course. The course covered everything you need to know and even a few extra tips.
Graham himself was well presented, on time and delivered the training to a high standard.
He was also happy to answer any question you had and give easy to understand examples of the training in use.
I would highly recommend Avonmore training solutions to anyone wishing to gain first aid experience.

I attended the one day First Aid training course 2 weeks ago with Graham of Avonmore Training Solutions. He presented the course very professionally and informatively in a relaxed atmosphere. After completing my CPR and AED training with your company I just want to say how impressed I was with your excellent training programme. You guys have such a wealth of knowledge and experience and delivered the course in a very professional but relaxed manner. I pray that I am never faced with the situation of having to use what I have learnt from your team but now know I am much more confident about what I need to do should the situation arise.
