On 21.11.21 We arrived at the hotel shortly after 2 pm to check in and leave our bags. We've been given a key to room No 27. When my friend was about to open the door it was slammed in our faces by a cleaning lady. As turned out the room wasn't ready and rather unpleasant receptionist had no clue what was going on upstairs.
But this wasn't the worst experience of all. When we came back in the evening and as were about to go to sleep we founded ourselves laying on the most uncomfortable mattress. There were springs sticking out above the surface!! The whole thing was uneven and impossible to sleep

Ignorant and unhelpful staff. Dated decor. The most uncomfortable beds outside of prison (we tried two different rooms). Aging bathrooms where the fans don’t work and the water is either freezing or scolding hot. Breakfast was stale baguette slices under film in the reception. Room was not cleaned and no clean towels provided. Even with a discount it is not worth staying and should never be classified above a 2.5 star hotel. You couldn’t pay me to go back…and speaking of backs, I will now be making an emergency chiropractor appointment and finding new accommodation (checking out early with

HORRENDOUS AND I AM THERE RIGHT NOW. HELP.
TIP: if you have no heating in your room and it’s the middle of December, just GO TO ANOTHER ROOM, THEY’RE ALL EMPTY!!!
We just settled into one of the suites because our tiny room on the fourth and last floor of the hotel (can we call it that?) had no heating. We didn’t feel like the staff needed to be notified given that when we asked for help with the heating of our room he said “I can’t help you”, (which I understood as “freeze to death for all I care”) and when I said “can we please have another blanket?” he vaguely gestured

Without a doubt the worst hotel i have every stayed in.
Excusing the tired and general run down appearance of the hotel, we stayed in room 6 (a suite).
The curtains were handling off the rails and had to be closed using a coat hanger, the tiles in the kitchen had grout missing and was sharp under foot, the hotel was damp and wallpaper was hanging off, tolerable but not ideal.
A massive issue however was the noise, presumably from the cafe below.  Every 40 minutes a loud noise (presumably a fridge compressor) would kick in for 3 mins.  It sounded like someone using a hammer drill to bore holes

My daughter stayed there and she was robbed of 1500 lbs.(deposit for new apartment cash reguired ) a phone charger and her ear buds. She filed a police report but so far the hotel manager has been avoiding her. Beware of this place your valuables are not safe and the management does nothing to make it right. Stay away it almost looks as though the manager is complicit in the theft!

Booked four rooms, on arrival at 3.30 pm rooms not ready for check-in but guy on the desk said we could take our luggage up to the 4th floor and leave it all in one bedroom. We said this was fine as we were planning on going out but the he hit us with "by the way the link ft is out of order" . We had to lug all our stuff up four steep flights to be told by the cleaner That none of the rooms were ready. Got it sorted eventually but on entering the rooms the carpets were dirty, lamps without shades and bulbs , curtains did not close, shower did not work and only two sockets in the whole room. Went

Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirty, mouldy, wallpaper falling off the walls, I could go on and on. What are the owners thinking of. What is the purpose of owning a hotel if you invest zero in it . Shame on you, Great location and could be an amazing hotel but in its present state should be closed down.

The architectural bones of this hotel indicate that it once was a wonderful space--it is no longer such. Expect mold, peeling paint/paper/plaster, spider webs, broken windows and lightbulbs, and dirty uncomfortable furniture. No toiletries until asked for, and then we were given a bar of soap and two tiny single-use shower gel bottles and told they had to go out and purchase them. The fourth floor involves a harrowing walk up stairs after an elevator ride which only goes to the second. Very weird, dirty and run down...with signs of a glamorous by-gone age.
