Engineered flooring has a ply base and a solid wood veneer on top which is usually 4-6mm. This gives the added benefit of stability, value for money and similar product lifes to solid flooring.
Laminate flooring has a wear resistant decorative surface made of resin-based melamine bonded to moisture resistant MDF. Artisan Flooring offer exceptional customer service, their product range is vast, offering a wide range of different brands and colours at a very competitive price. If you are looking for wooden flooring and are based in Bucks/ Berks, I would highly recommend visiting them or requesting samples online! (Having explored many of the retails in these areas and in fact further afield!)

Great company to do business with. I used to be in the trade many years ago so I know good when I see it. Customer service from Joe was exceptional. Second time I have used them this year and will do so in the future. Give them a try, carpets or wooden flooring in my case, they won’t be beaten on price. An extremely high quality service with a fantastic result. They took on the job of extending an existing parquet floor which needed extending and renovating. The final result was stunning. Zero mess and excellent staff who went above and beyond to sort any issues. Classic case of you get what you pay for!
