Services
Our professional plasma table can cut many types of metal including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium and with a bed cutting size of 2.5m x 1.25m we can help with most jobs. We also undertake CAD work, using licensed software to draw and design parts for your CNC plasma cutting table. We can take the most basic hand drawings, or even photos and turn them into dxf files (or any file your plasma machine accepts).
We offer a metal folding service with our 2m Press Brake giving us the ability to fold a variety of sheet steel with great accuracy. Our sheet metal folding machine is a CNC press brake, which allows us to fabricate items both quickly and accurately.
As a small company we can be far more cost effective than larger engineering companies as we're willing to tackle one off personal jobs as well as bulk orders with no initial setup fee and quick turnaround times (usually within 1-2 days).We use a 50 tonne Promecam press brake with a 2 meter long bed, allowing us to fold a variety of steel lengths and thicknesses.

As well as having large offcuts of other steel sizes including 5mm, 8mm and 10mm thick mild steel available. We often have many offcuts of mild steel available in the thicknesses mentioned above which can be purchased directly from our North Yorkshire based workshop for very affordable prices, whether you need a small piece of metal for a car welding repair or something bigger get in contact to see if we have what you need.
