Services
D&M have over 10 years' experience in producing high quality, professional CAD services. Our expert team utilise the latest 3D Solidworks and Radan modelling software. This allows us to produce very detailed drawings based on the requirements for each project. As CAD drawing can sometimes be quite expensive, we always ensure that each project is completed in the most efficient manner possible.
D&M specialises in providing fabrication services on an assortment of materials including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Zintec, Aluminium and Titanium. We offer TIG, MIG and synergic MIG welding. We also offer extensive weld dressing and polishing options as part of our sheet metal fabrication service.
At D&M we utilise the latest technologies to ensure the best possible product for every customer. We have installed the state of the art 10KW Bystronic Fiber Laser with full sheet handling automation. This allows us to cut a wide range of metals at differing thicknesses. Specifically, we are able to cut up to 30mm in Stainless Steel and Aluminium, 25mm Mild Steel along with numerous other non-ferrous metals such as Brass, Copper, and Titanium.
D&M now has six CNC pressbrakes which have the capability of folding a considerable range of material thicknesses. This can range from as little as 0.7mm up to 20mm. The fantastic accuracy and speed of these machines allow us to work with metal up to a maximum length of 4 meters. We operate with some of the most modern machines available.
As specialists in the sheet metal fabrication industry, we understand the importance of not only high quality fabrication but also high quality finishing. We are using the latest technology from GEMA to consistently provide a high-quality powder coated finish in an extensive range of textures and colours.
