The Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 provides for the Licensing and regulation of private hire operators, drivers and vehicles in London, bringing the capital in line with the rest of England and Wales. I used Royal in July 2015 to transport some very important visitors from the USA - both elderly and young - to London. The visitors were impressed with the car, and full of praise for the driver who managed to navigate cleverly round some really bad traffic in town, and, most importantly for me, he was an exceptionally nice person. I will definitely use them again.

I hired the Maybach off this company in august 2014 for my wedding. I spoke with a very helpful gentleman who very quickly and clearly set out his terms and costs. As promised, the contact was made by the driver the day before pick up. There was a small glitch on the day that led to the driver being slightly delayed. However, both the driver and the company were very apologetic and also provided me with a complimentary service.
It is accepted in the real world that mistakes can be made but I was immensely pleased with the service and will be using them again without hesitation.
