Do not trust them.
In April 2018, my wife booked a car on their website, for a transfer from Heathrow Airp to a London Hotel and back. She booked it with about 1 week in advance and had to pay the full amount, with her card, for the booking to be accepted.
3-4 hours before her arrival, she received a message from them, telling her that they are no longer coming and that another car will pick her but she has to pay in cash to the driver (for both trips) and they will reimburse her what she already paid with the card.

Avoid this company and ignore the fancy photos. I paid £295 for a 30 minute journey in a modern grey phantom rolls Royce. Rang 2 days before the wedding to ensure colour of ribbons, champagne etc and all was confirmed. (It turns out they use an answering service). On the day, the wrong car arrived, wrong ribbons, no champagne, no flowers.
